• Understanding scope of Work, lead up to 10 team of 140 members, lead 05 team of technical crew including Site Engineers, Supervisors & technicians, coordinating with clients& seniors, reporting to seniors & Project head on work status, solving issues & enabling target achievement within stipulated time frame.
• Adroit in Planning, Quantity survey, Documentation, Estimates, Material Management, Maintenance, Commissioning, Pre-commissioning, Supervisory and Erection.
• Understanding scope of Work, Master plan, Monthly plan, weekly plan, plan vs. achieved statistics, Work Histogram, Manpower allocations, Manpower Histogram charts, Progress report, Client review MOM’s, Work allocation charts.

• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Office, SQL, Database and AutoCAD.
