I am an LL.M. candidate pursuing masters in Corporate and Financial law and Policy. I am seeking an internship or entry-level position to leverage a solid foundation in corporate law, exceptional research skills, and a commitment to excellence in legal analysis. Eager to contribute to a dynamic legal team and gain practical experience in transactional law, corporate governance, and M&A. 

I have previously interned under AOR Sukumar Pattjoshi, where I was required to attend proceeding at NCDRC and research on Consumer Law, I have also been an intern at Ligamine Solicitors and Consultants, Sagar Chandra and Associates, Swadesh Manch Bharat, an NGO, under advocate Shivam Malhotra at Punjab and Haryana High Court and at the office of advocate Ashwani Kumar Sharma. During these internships I have researched on propositions including but not limited to RERA Punjab, Infringement of Trademarks, Domain name disputes, Pre-Institution Mediation, drafted legal notices, rejoinders, reminder notices and other miscellaneous works like vetting of documents and preparing search reports through extensive research.

I am a LL.M. student of O.P. Jindal Global University majoring in Corporate and Financial Law and Policy.
