As a professional with experience in legal and compliance matters, I have handled a variety of assignments.

In the legal field, I have drafted, reviewed, negotiated, and finalized agreements such as term sheets, MOUs, NDAs, LLP agreements, service agreements, and investment agreements like share subscription agreements and shareholder agreements. I was also involved in the process of amending a joint venture agreement. I have provided legal opinions for new business proposals and ensured the company's protection from legal risks. Additionally, I have reviewed and assisted external lawyers in preparing legal documents for cases involving the company. 

In the compliance field, I have independently handled ROC compliance under the Companies Act 2013 and E-filed various MCA forms on behalf of the company and individual directors. I have maintained statutory registers, drafted agendas and minutes for board and general meetings, and ensured the company's compliance with all statutory requirements. 

I have also co-ordinated with various organizations, such as NSE, BSE, and RTA, and advised on good governance practices and compliance with corporate governance norms. My experience includes dealing with the stock exchange, promoting and forming new companies, and filing annual returns of foreign assets and liabilities with the RBI.
