Analyst/ Software Engineer

• Handling VLAN issue tickets using INFLOBOX, Ansbile and WEBIT(IT) for the European region
• Resolving DDI/DNS ticket like New Scope Creation and IPAM or VLAN L2 and L3 creation, configuration and modify using INFLOBOX
• Deployment, management, troubleshooting and standardization of DNS/DHCP/IP DDI Services (IPAM) Services
• Troubleshooting basic WiFi issues with user 
• Installation & configuration of LAN, WAN with active components such as routers, switches.
• Developing & maintaining several tools to assist the Network Engineering group in their tasks, including project management tracking
• Working with Windows Server and Workstation Operating Systems and related infrastructure having hands-on experience administering SCCM in an enterprise environment and working with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
