My academic background MBA in IT and with More Than 10+ years’ work experience in IT infrastructure management.

I have completed certification courses like MCSE, MCSA, CCNA, ITIL

I’m excited to offer my analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities in a new role from installing and maintaining enterprise-wide infrastructures to troubleshooting and resolving complex system/network issues.

Currently working as IT System engineer II for Eptura India Pvt. Ltd, and managing IT Infra of India and APAC location.

Installation & Configuration Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 with server roles like Active Directory, DNS, Group policy, DHCP, FTP, SMTP, WDS, Print Server.


Managing Active Directory, Exchange server, Office365 Administration, IP Office Management (Avaya Telephone System), Backup Server, Antivirus Server. Hyper-V (Virtualization Technologies) Server & Network Monitoring.


Managing and setting up Video Conferencing Equipment, Logitech, Polycom, Zoom, Projectors and setting up for the live broadcasting


Helping team to Handling/resolving IT helpdesk query logged by users (worldwide) by ticketing tools Service Now & JIRA.

Managing IT Infrastructure of APAC, UK, US location, building servers for the testing team as per the requirement.


FTP Creation, Data, VHD sizing, SMTP Configuration, Domain management. Security Implementation, Windows Firewall Configuration, Live Migration, Server Clustering, Storage (SAN) management.


Administration of Dropbox, OneDrive, skype for business and Microsoft Team, Asset management.
Installation of security updates, Antivirus, update, Patches, Service Packs and deployment of MacAfee EPO on client/server. McAfee drive encryption, site advisor, file & removal media protection.


IT Infrastructure management (Printer, Network, Server, Desktop & inventory management.
