Providing guidance to students in using the Byju’s mobile application, booking trial classes, changing languages etc. Also providing details & making course inquires for Byju’s Exam Prep formerly known as Grade up including IAS, CAT, GATE, SSC, NDA, CDS, CLAT, UGC Net etc.  Providing assistance in giving correct information about Byju’s Tuition Centre which includes information regarding upcoming events like FIFA WORLD CUP Quiz Championship, Scholarship tests like BYJU’S ADMISSION CUM SCHOLARSHIP TEST (BAST), doing online registrations for the online tests on behalf of the customers, Webinars like Xcel Master Classes etc. & helps in arranging a counselling session in between the education counsellor & parents.
