• Presently Working in CENTRE FOR ADVANCED SYSTEMS (DRDO), in Directorate of Reliability & Quality Assurance (R & QA)as a Sr. QA/QC Engineer & Ndt Inspector.
• Initially, worked in Kalva Engineer's Pvt. Ltd 2016 to 2021. For CAS & ASL DRDO LABS.
• Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
• Bond quality testing on Solid Rocket Motors of Metal & Composite.
• Advance UT (Acousto Ultrasonic System) on Composite casing, Metal casing & Composite materials.
• Pulse Echo techniques from Normal /Angle Probes, Weld scanning &Thickness Mapping
• Radiography Testing (RT):
• Operating the 160Kv X-rays machine (YXLON).
• Operating the computed radiography system.
• Performing radiography testing on weld joints of high pressure pipes, setting the Parameters, analyzing the data, interpretation of radiographs, preparing the inspection reports.
• Liquid Penetrant Testing (Visible & Fluorescent):
• Performing Red dye penetrant testing and Fluorescent dye penetrant testing on weld joints and machined surface.
• Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT):
• Dry and wet Visible Testing & Fluorescent
• Yoke techniques
• Worked on different sites through KALVA ENGINEERS Pvt. Ltd.
• Material Tested for different Defence/Aerospace industries.
