Panchalee Tamulee is a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience driving social change at the intersection of people and the planet. Originally from Assam, India, she is now based in Mumbai and has built a career in social impact, strategy, and service across diverse thematic areas, including education and skill development, health and hygiene, gender, entrepreneurship and financial inclusion, productive use of energy, and community development. She holds a Doctorate in Business Management specializing in CSR & ESG for Creating Shared Value (CSV), along with double Master’s in Public Policy, and one in Social Work. Her work has taken her to some of the most remote parts of India and over 20 international locations, where she thrives on engaging with people across different landscapes, topographies, and demographics. Constantly on her toes to explore and learn, she blends work with leisure, ensuring a deep understanding of the communities she serves while expanding her global perspective.

I am a seasoned social impact professional with 15 years of experience in strategy, program design, and operations across education, skill development, gender, entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, health, and sustainability. Currently, Senior Chief Manager at Dharmalife, I drive strategic planning, social impact monitoring, and partnerships. Previously, as Head – Project Management & Governance at Teamlease Edtech and Associate Partner at Learning Links Foundation, I have led large-scale programs, stakeholder engagement, and financial oversight. I held leadership roles in CSR at Blue Star Ltd., managing corporate philanthropy, sustainability, and compliance. At Tata Trusts, I spearheaded national ed-tech initiatives, teacher training, and government collaborations. My work spans grant-making, impact assessment, and scaling development programs. A thought leader, I have presented at global conferences and driven award-winning projects, shaping policy and sustainable development across India and beyond.

I have a Professional Doctorate in Business (CSR & ESG for CSV) from East Bridge University, Paris. I hold an MSc in Education, Public Policy, and Equity from the University of Glasgow, and a Master of Social Work (Health & Development) from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Additionally, I have qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) with a Junior Research Fellowship in Social Work from the University Grants Commission (UGC). Complementing my core education, I have earned certifications in Strategy & Sustainability (IESE Business School), Financial Accounting (Wharton, University of Pennsylvania), and Business English (University of Cambridge).
