With over 16 years of dedicated engagement in the social development sector, I have led and executed a diverse range of initiatives aimed at uplifting marginalized and diverse groups, fostering sustainable growth and empowerment.

My expertise lies in orchestrating impactful outreach programs, developing livelihood initiatives, fostering educational endeavors, nurturing skill development programs, and engaging communities. I have actively contributed to designing, executing, and overseeing CSR projects in my previous roles as a CSR Manager at Logic Pro Consulting and a Senior Project Officer at the Adani Foundation. Before my corporate CSR roles, I served as a Block Manager at the District Rural Development Agency, Zilla Parishad Pune, where I gained invaluable insights into rural development schemes and policies. My passion for social development also extends to my voluntary work as a Social Worker at Maher Ashram India, where I provided direct care and support to survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking. My core competencies span social development, outreach program management, environmental, social, and governance (ESG), and personal accountability, as reflected in my multiple certifications from Skillsoft.
