I check my emails regularly in the morning and prioritize the ones that require immediate attention. I review the daily reports sent by DOE, including the GRN, LSD, and Shipment reports, as well as the T order shipment report to ensure there are no pending orders. If there are any pending orders, I work with DOE and KAM to resolve the issues on the same day.
 

I download the daily orders and segregat reports and prioritize the LSD and T  orders. Then, I focus on the stock replenishment orders based on the availability of materials . If maternal is not available, I prepare a list of pending orders and share it with the SCM team to ensure material availability and avoid complaints from internal and external customers. When material is available, I coordinate with the SCM team and the local or import supplier to determine the expected delivery date. If the material is not required immediately, I take help from the regional stores and ship it promptly to close the customer complaint.
