  • Fair knowledge on web-services, Email notifications and scheduled jobs
  • Knowledge on Incident, Problem, Change
  • Knowledge on SLA definitions.
  • Experience on Access Control List’s (ACL’s)
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with the business users/customers
  • Good Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS.

I have compeleted my Bachlor's Degree with the specialization of computer science in 2019
