Experience

15+ yr in HR in various roles :  HR Admin, HR Specialist, HR Operations, Generalist and Manager

Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages

·  Administer health and life insurance programs

·  Implement training and development plans

·  Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions

·  Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g extra vacation days)

·  Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status

·  Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records

·  Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly

·  Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization

·  Monitor budgets by department, collecting invoices to concern department 

·  Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner

Education

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:

  •    Master of Business Administration (MBA) 2003-2005 from Indira Gandhi National Open University  

  (IGNOU)

  •    Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) 1998-2002 from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU)
  • Competency  in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
  • Internet skills – e-mails, group messaging and data collection using search engines.
