• Responsible for planning,coordinating, executing, reviewingand reporting site progress.
• Preparing and Submitting DPR, WPR and MPR to client.
• Monitor sub-contractors, site team, and vendor manpower.
• Progress update to client and management from time-to-time and informing delaysin critical pathetc. in time for taking remedial measures.
• Coordination with sub-contractor, clients,vendor, commissioning team and projectteam.
• Responsible to meet project requiredproductivity.
• To reviewand check that all approveddocumentation is availableon-site.
• Proper Maintain hard copy of the drawingsand maintain drawingregister.
• Execution of the projectwithin the budget.
• Extensive experience in Finishing item- Block Work,Plaster Work, TilingWork, Gypsum wall,Painting, Interior fit out work etc.
• Experience in precast, pre-stressed and post-tension work.
• Ensure QA/QC requirement as per companyquality policies.
• Ensure to followall the Healthand Safety relatedrequirement as per domestic / international standardsand requirements of Client.

Capable of managing several complex tasks simultaneously.
