My name is Lalsing Kumbhar.  I have completed my Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Engineering, Kolhapur. I have around 12 years of experience in quality assurance, production, and product development in the lighting manufacturing industry.

Currently, I am working as an Assistant Development Manager at Multilighting Controls Pvt. Ltd., Daman, where I handle new product development, validation testing, and compliance reporting. Previously, I worked in QA and production roles, where I gained experience in vendor audits, inspections, process monitoring, and quality improvement activities.

My key strengths are problem solving, quality management, and continuous improvement.
