I have complete knowledge of Survey, Mapping and Land acquisition departments. Forest land survey and maps authentication are also known. WRD team will give the coordinates, after that identification of Village, collection of Village maps, Digitization , Geo Reference, Identification of WTG Survey Numbers, Land owners name with in the platform area, Negotiation with the land owners and back ground verification,  Initial survey for position verification, Collection of revenue documents, Preparation of GPA,ATS or Sale deed, 11E/ Alienation application, Mutation, NA application, Conversion updating in RTC and Solving the ROW issues in the site during the Foundation and WTG Vehicle movement and Erection.  I used IGIS CAD, Google Earth and Global Mapper software

 Identifying suitable land for Wind, Solar and Pumped Hydro Storage Projects
(PSP) based on the customer requirement.
 Collection of all revenue documents required for due diligence for identifying
the clear title of land.
 Well knowledge in Document verification and Preparation for various
Registration documents like ATS, GPA, Sale deed, lease Agreements,
Pathway Agreements, etc.
 Negotiating with landowners and finalizing the cost of land. Achieve closure
at the best possible rate.
 Ensuring completion of land procurement processes within the timelines
planned, keeping the cost/budget plans into account.
 Obtaining 11E Sketch and NA Conversion Order in name of customer from
revenue department of Karnataka.
 (ATS, ATL, GPA and Sale Deeds) in favor of customer.
 Clearing ROW issues if any arising during execution of project.
 Coordinating with Corporate office and updating on status of project on daily
basis.
 Coordinating with client’s legal team for finalization of land and smooth
execution of project.
 Well Knowledge in Coordinates with WRD Team and Survey work and
Preparation of Alienation Map and 11E Sketch.

Coordinate with different people at one time under difficult situations and the
ability to bring out the best in others while creating a healthy & friendly work
environment.
Key Achievement: 60 MW and 20 MW Wind Power Projects Commission
Completed at Gurmitkal and Maski in Karnataka.
10 MW Solar Power Project Commission Completed at Bidar in Karnataka.
25 GW Wind and Solar Power Projects Mapping Work includes Digitization of
Village Maps, Geo Reference, Identification of WTG Location Survey numbers
and Landowner names Completed at Rayalaseema Region in Andhra Pradesh.
2.2 GW Pumped Hydro Storage Projects (PSP) Revenue Land application and
Demarcation of Project components on Revenue Maps completed at YSR Kadapa
in Andhra Pradesh.
2.2 GW Pumped Hydro Storage Projects Reserved Forest DGPS Survey and Maps
Authentication completed at PCCF office Mangalagiri in Andhra Pradesh.
65.66 MW Wind Power Project Land Acquisition Completed, WTG Erection
work going on at Koppal in Karnataka.
