  • Legal Opinions – Investigate of the Title of the property intending to be purchased or taken up, coordination with Valuers, Banks, and Architects in the context of loan process and Issuing Title Search Reports.
  • Correspondence and Coordination-Communication / Correspondence Management (belongs to any department); Emails, Letters, and related correspondence to secure the company from any legal liability. And coordination with the government offices.
  • Report preparation and submission - Prepare and Submit the MIS to HOD-CS, updating the legal matter status monthly and at any time required by the Management and HOD.
