❖ Worked as AR Caller from Jan2020 – DEC 2021and as an Analyst from Jan2022 to till date.             ❖ Prepared and submitted clean claims to insurance companies via electronic and paper submissions. ❖ Initiated telephone calls to insurance companies (in US) on behalf of doctors/physicians requesting the status of claims in the queue for further explanation of denials and underpayments.                         ❖ Met daily/weekly and monthly targets set by the management.                                                                 ❖ Possessed good typing skills for documentation purpose with a speed of minimum 30-35 words per minute.                                                                                                                                                                       ❖ Posted cash and write off the contractual adjustments accordingly.                                                        ❖ Escalated difficult collection situations to management in a timely manner.
