  Filing of Income Tax Returns including rectification returns and Tax Audits of Individuals, Firms and Corporates.

  KVAT Audits, filing of KVAT Returns, drafting of opinion and clarifications, Assessments and Appeals and Registrations. 

 Month-end reconciliations for verifying accounting accuracy. 

 Tax Audits of Companies, Individuals and Firms including filing of Form 3CA/CB and 3CD under the Income Tax Act. 

 Preparation and filing of E-TDS and TCS returns including registration, correction and appeals.  Analytical Ledger scrutiny and review of Financial Statements for its accuracy.

  Preparation of Balance sheet, Profit and loss account along with Schedules of different entities like Companies, Partnerships, Trusts, Hospitals and Individuals.

  Preparation of Bank reconciliation statement (BRS), monthly Accounts payable and receivable reconciliation. 

 Preparation of Provisional and Projected Financial Statements.

Preparation of accounts, reconciling statements leading to finalization of accounts and passing relevant monthly and annual books closure entries.

  Preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss account along with Schedules of different entities like Companies, Partnerships, Trusts, Individuals. 

 Review of GSTR-9 returns including the workings and reconciliations. 

 Finalization of the Financial Statements in accordance with GAAP and Ind AS. 

 Internal Quality Checks and independent evaluation of organizational activities. 

 Filing GST Returns including GST Mitigation and Registration. 

 Drafting of opinion and Clarification in relation to GST Laws. 

 Assessments and appeals in relation to GST Laws.

  Filing of Refunds in the case of Exports and Inverted duty structure including representation before GST Authorities

Completed Graduation in Commerce and also Semi Qualified CA
