I am a motivated and qualified professional with 12 years of experience in CNC operation including breakdown and preventive maintenance of automation systems in safe and efficient manner. I am currently working as a CNC Senior Machinist at Milacron (Mold Masters Division), India.

As indicated from my resume, I have in-depth knowledge of the tools and materials of the CNC machinist trade.  I have programming experience and enough skill with CNC Programming, CNC Mill, CAD and CAM Continuous Improvement. From conducting tests and inspections to material fabrication, I can be of value to all your organization’s production efficiency.

I am extremely familiar and comfortable with the complicated processes designed for cutting precise parts. Using company standards, manuals, blueprints and other engineering tools, I determine and get approval of dimensions before inspecting, loading and setting machines. I am careful to ensure cutting tools are sufficiently sharp, look to see all safety measures are in place, and all personnel use appropriate protective equipment, like safety goggles.

In addition, I have handled major responsibilities such as planning, maintenance of tools and machines, remotely diagnosing faults and overseeing critical repairs, and carrying out emergency maintenance issues, including quality inspections, controlling maintenance costs, arranging procurement of materials and commissioning of guidelines.
