I am Pradeep Magar, I am B. Tech Mechanical Engineer with 14.8yr. of exp. along with MBA in Operations management. I am Highly motivated individual with strong leadership and management skills. I have represented my organization on global level platforms.

I Have a total of almost 14.8+yrs. of experience  in the Automotive domain,  Working in the Global level Programs for all the three regions APAC-EU - NA
With the product launch experience. With the teams participating from Germany, Mexico, India, USA & China.
International Exposure to working in Germany Europe for 2.5 Yrs, North America (Mexico) 9 months.
Experience of working on Auto OEM Projects of Daimler, Fiat, Tata Motors, Ford.
Experience of working in different scales of organisation such as Auto OEM (Tata Motors Ltd.), Tier1 & Engg. service organisation.
Major areas  of experience :-Automotive seating, Press tool design, BIW & Sheetmetal Proto type parts development, Product support
