In my current role as Group Administration Manager at ODM Educational Group, I’ve successfully launched and stabilised schools in Angul, Gurgaon, and Ranchi — handling everything from site readiness and vendor onboarding to GPS‑enabled transport setup and statutory compliance, including Fire NOC, sanitation certificates, electrical load audits, and vehicle fitness/PUC.

I lead multi‑location teams, manage centralised procurement, and have delivered measurable results — like ₹12 lakh annual savings in transport and maintaining 95%+ audit scores in hygiene and safety.

What drives me is creating safe, efficient, and compliant campuses so educators can focus on teaching and students can thrive. I bring the process discipline of my corporate background and the sector‑specific expertise I’ve built in education to deliver operational excellence.

I hold an MBA in Operations and HR from the National Institute of Business Management, which has given me a strong foundation in strategic planning, process optimisation, and people management — all critical for running multi‑location school operations.

I also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications from Sikkim Manipal University, which helps me use technology effectively for MIS reporting, compliance tracking, and operational dashboards.

Along with my Bachelor’s in Commerce from Sambalpur University, this combination of business, technology, and finance education supports my ability to manage budgets, streamline processes, and ensure compliance in the education sector
