I am currently working as Tech Support Engineer at Mphasis Limited in Pune. In this position I am responsible
for handling technical issues/queries of clients worldwide, creating knowledge articles for the agents to refer
to, training the new joiners, planning and co-ordinating with the clients to resolve any challenges faced and
to optimize the process..
