Experience
1) Working in Performance analytics process both in core daily & Monthly process.
2) Validating Daily(Money weighted returns) & Monthly returns (Time weighted returns) by auditing & researching booked corporate action (cash & non-cash),trade reconciliation, nav reconciliation ,Market Value Reconciliation, share balance & income reconciliation fund level returns, security level returns, aggregate level returns, are in-line with assigned benchmark using Modified Dietz, Classifying the invested security as per standard and custom hierarchy , Analysing accounting Net Asset Value (NAV) from upstream team (Fund Accounting) vs performance and analytics values so that accurate data on portfolio manager (Investment Manager) performance are reported.
3) Handling Span of 200 +
4) Daily / Weekly / Monthly Interaction with the clients for regular feedback VOP scores.
5) Identifying opportunities for generating more business from the existing clients, thus helping company in channelizing the profits and more jobs.
6) Liaising up with Transition team for any new projects for smooth migration and getting off the nitty-gritties by fulfilling the Green light criteria’s.
7) Preparation of Monthly operational deck, MIS, maintaining SLA & Baseline.
8) Managing separate team of 8 people which include all SME of along with 1 manager & Team leader, where that team is preparing Error log, Error analysis, Root Cause Analysis and conducting regular feedback session
9) Attaining Daily Quality Calls with onshore for improvisation of controls
10) Daily having Client Service call as hygiene check on relationship.

1) Clean Sweep - Where Quality team will be identifying gaps in controls.
2) CTQ - Critical to Quality documents / client wise.
3) Merger of Daily & Core Monthly Process - Target is to achieve efficiency.
4) Customize Repository :- Tracking of Macros & getting it certified from GMAS team .
