 Making different types of monthly, quarterly as well as yearly reports such as forecasting report, dunning report, and total receiving as well as outstanding report and so on. 

 Responsible for making the analysis on the current market rates of different commodities and present it to the management on regular basis 

 Performing the local market survey of perishable as well as stored goods with superiors 

 Responsible for making the renewals as well as change in the contracts with the vendors at the start of the financial year. 

 Performing purchase as well as operations cum supply chain activities for the benefit of the group.
