Techno-commercial manager with around 22 years of overall experience spanning 15 years project execution of gas supply capital projects (onsite Air Separation Plants & Hydrogen Plant ), supply projects of cryogenic pumps and 7 years execution of medium scale EPC projects - aviation fuel stations/ fuel depots and fire fighting system of large power plants. Incumbent is solely responsible for complete lifecycle management / execution of capital gas supply projects from development to delivery.

Incumbent is a techno-commercial manager with approximately 22 years of experience which includes 15 years in project execution of gas supply capital projects, specifically on-site Air Separation Plants and Hydrogen Plants, as well as medium-scale EPC projects - aviation fuel stations/fuel depots and fire fighting systems for large power plants.   

Currently, incumbent is an Owner Project Development Lead & Owner Project Manager at Air Liquide Gases in Delhi, and previously held a similar role at Linde Gas in Kolkata. In these roles, incumbent is responsible for the development and delivery of capital gas supply projects. 

During proposal & development phase, incumbent works very closely with the BD team to develop the most optimum on-site plant solution (Air Separation Plant / Hydrogen Plant) on Build Own Operate (BOO) basis for the customer's gases requirement, its execution strategy, capex & schedule, so that business is won. Post bid responsibility includes execution of the project as an Owner Project Manager and delivering the capital investment business case. Incumbent remains the SPOC and accountable person for project schedule, improving project financials, safety, quality, plant performance, overall execution, compliance & project governance from concept to commissioning and handover to Operations through implementation of project management methodologies, reporting and performance tracking, risk & change management, stakeholder management, ensuring consistency and best practices across projects under execution through capitalization of completed projects.

Incumbent has recently completed execution of a standalone 350 tpd Air Separation Plant for Air Liquide Gases in Kosi, with a capex of over 40 mUSD and is currently developing proposal of an on-site 2x2000 tpd Air Separation Plant (ASU) solution for supplying gases to Tata Steel, Kalinganagar and an on-site ASU to supply electronic carrier gases to Tata Electronics, Dholera and an onsite ASU & electrolyser to supply Nitrogen and Hydrogen to Saint Gobain, Chennai on BOO basis
