I'm Praveen, Graduate/Master's  in Yogic Science . I am trained in hatha,astanga, Ashtanga vinyasa and yoga therapy.I have experience of dealing and make a good interaction with high profile client at Baypark Resort Pema Wellness,vishakhapatnam where I'm working as a Yoga Instructor. I give  therapy classes such as yoga nidra, meditation, aasan, pranayam. My excellent interpersonal skills make communicating with client easy.

I'm working in a wellness Resort in india from past 4 year. I give yoga therapy , Hatha yoga ,Astanga vinsaya & vinyasa flow classes. I'm also conduct meditation and Pranayam session.

I done master degree in yogic sciences from a centre University in india.
