This is preeti having 8 yrs of experience in histoptahology and cytopathology laboratory as technician 

My last employer was dar al shifa hospital kuwait where I was responsible for maintaining the new laboratory set up, purchasing, administration work, documentation, quality and safety, operation policy, SOP preparation, preparation of minutes of meeting, managerial work, roaster preparation, preparation of histo and cyto correlations data , giving training and orientation new joiners , training for code of conduct, medical ethics ,hand hygiene,biomedical waste , sample transportation training , routine and special testing performed in histopathology and cytopathology laboratory etc 

I have  yrs of experience in histoptahology and cytopathology laboratory

I have good experience in histoptahology and cytopathology routine and special laboratory techniques , FNAC ,BM smear preparation,frozen techniques,grossing ,cutting ,embedding ,tissue processing , sample receiving , quality and safety policies , administration work, documentation, quality and safety, operation policy, SOP preparation, preparation of minutes of meeting, managerial work, roaster preparation, preparation of minutes of meeting, managerial work purchasing, roaster preparation, trainings etc 

I had done 3yrs diploma in medical laboratory techniques from 2012-2015

I had completed my bachelor's degree in medical laboratory techniques from 2015-2017

I had completed my MBA in hospital and healthcare administration from 2017-2019
