* Technology Architecture: Building cloud infrastructures from scratch on AWS & GCP, and recently, developing a full-stack software prototype (NestJS/Next.js) by leveraging Gemini. 

* Process Re-engineering: Architecting new operational systems, from re-designing a national telecom's workflow to cut a months-long process to weeks, to creating the complete SOPs for a creative division. 

* Commercial & Creative Leadership: Leading a creative business function with full P&L responsibility, driving client growth by over 20%, and cutting marketing costs by 50% through data-driven optimization.

• SaaS Product Development (Full-Stack): Independently architected and built a service marketplace MVP (2025) using Next.js 14, NestJS, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL. Managed the full lifecycle from database schema design to payment gateway integration (Razorpay).
• Cloud Infrastructure & Migration: Architected and migrated company infrastructure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS. Managed Linux/Windows instances, DNS, and security protocols (0 to 100% setup).
• Support Operations (CX): Engineered a rigorous Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) system for client lifecycles. Implemented Cloud IVR (Exotel) and Chatbot (tawk.to) workflows to automate support, reducing friction and improving client retention.
• Innovation & GenAI: Integrated Generative AI workflows (Prompt Engineering) to automate technical documentation and content generation, reducing manual drafting time by 60%.
• Technical Product Management: Previously managed the roadmap and launch of "ChennaiHalls," an online venue booking platform with dynamic bidding features.

• Enterprise GIS Integration (USGS/3i Infotech): Served as a consultant for a New York City geospatial project. Facilitated the integration of massive bedrock/groundwater datasets onto Windows Mobile devices via ArcGIS, enabling field engineers to access real-time interpolated data.
• Telecommunications Engineering (BSNL): Designed and deployed an automated PSTN-based network to streamline phone number portability between zones, replacing legacy manual processes.
• Localization Engineering: Developed a driver-level solution to print Tamil characters on dot matrix printers by directly signaling firing pins, solving a critical hardware-software localization gap.
