As a Sr. Automation Engineer at Emerson Export Engineering Centre, he is serving as Automation & Commissioning engineer for Various projects BASF Belgium, Dr. Reddy India, Equinor Martin Linge, BP & Shell. He is responsible for detail design, customization, implementation and testing of complex loop as per the project Standards. 
He has experience in configuration of Control modules base layer configuration, Equipment module phases, unit module, IO database preparation using bulk edit tool, Hardware and software design and implementation, preparation of documents like FAT and SAT procedure, Functional Design Specifications, Hardware Design Manual. He has participated in FAT at Emerson (Singapore) and SAT at customer end (Norway) and has been successful in commissioning Emerson DCS at sites.
He has also experience in HMI development in DeltaV configure & Graphics Studio as per the P&ID, testing of HMI in DeltaV Operate & DeltaV Live as per the project standards. He also performed code review of control module instances, equipment module, phase modules. He is familiar with pharma S88 & CFR standards for pharma projects. He performed internal testing of complex loop logic in chemical plant projects.
