Pritam Ojha

I have gained valuable experience through internships and legal work in different areas of law. During my training, I worked on drafting petitions, legal notices, and case summaries. I also assisted senior advocates in legal research, client meetings, and case preparation. My experience in both civil and criminal matters has improved my understanding of court procedures and documentation. I have also participated in legal aid and awareness programs, which helped me develop communication and teamwork skills. These experiences have strengthened my confidence, discipline, and commitment to building a successful career in the field of law.

I have completed my LL.M. (Master of Laws) with a specialization in Administrative Law from Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University, Lucknow. During my LL.M., I studied important subjects such as Constitutional Law, Comparative Public Law, and Research Methods in Law, which enhanced my understanding of legal systems and governance. I also completed my LL.B. from a reputed law college, where I built a strong foundation in civil, criminal, and constitutional laws. My academic journey has helped me develop research, analytical, and drafting skills. I have also written a dissertation on “Constitutional Morality in Contemporary India: A New Paradigm for Governance.”
