PRITHA BANERJEE

I was born and brought up in Calcutta. I am a lawyer by profession. My hobbies and interests include playing several outdoor games like badminton and table tennis and writing poetry whenever I find time. 

Dear Ma'am/Sir 

I am writing this email to convey my sincere interest in the position of an Associate with Avimukta. After graduating from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2022, I have been working as an Associate at Tuli & Co., for the last one year. I have gained experience in matters dealing with civil and commercial disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy and arbitrations across all forums in Delhi. I have assisted senior associates in giving counsel to corporate clients, and also through the opinions drafted, which were often used directly with clients. 
 

I am further looking to apply my learnings so far and expand my knowledge. One day, I aspire to open my own litigation firm dealing with civil matters, corporate and arbitration. I believe an opportunity to work at an esteemed  office like Avimukta will take me a step closer to my aim. I recognize that I am not applying for this position to just work but to learn and it will be my privilege to begin the next leg of my career at your office.
