I’m J. Priyadharshini, a Counselling Psychologist, Certified Career Analyst, and Corporate Trainer with over 14 years of experience in education and mental health. I founded We4You Group Counseling Services with the mission “Healing the Hurting Heart” — helping students, parents, and professionals achieve emotional balance, clarity, and growth.

My work bridges both school and corporate settings — from guiding adolescents through career and emotional challenges to conducting wellness and soft skills workshops for employees and educators. I specialize in career counselling, emotional well-being, stress management, and interpersonal effectiveness, empowering individuals to reach their full potential with confidence and compassion.

I believe that true success begins with emotional awareness — and my goal is to help people not just perform better, but live better.

With over 14 years of professional experience, I have worked extensively across education, mental health, and corporate training sectors, empowering more than 5,000 individuals including students, educators, professionals, and police personnel.

As a Counselling Psychologist, Employee Wellness Specialist, and Behavioral Trainer, I’ve conducted 1,000+ workshops on stress management, emotional intelligence, resilience, and soft skills across reputed institutions such as Pondicherry University, Tagore Engineering College, Sabari Nursing College, PSBB Millennium School, and Greater Chennai Police Women Personnel.

My professional journey includes serving as a Student Counsellor at St. Patrick’s CBSE School and Consultant Psychologist at MindZone Mental Health Clinic, where I led emotional well-being programs, developed preventive mental health initiatives, and conducted therapy sessions using CBT and mindfulness techniques.

In my freelance corporate and educational consultancy role, I design and facilitate employee wellness programs, leadership and communication training, and career guidance initiatives that foster emotional balance, performance, and personal growth.
