I am doing all the e-invoicing, checking and guiding the assistants on E-Way Bills, TDS/TCS Compliances, GST Filings and other statutory obligations on time to avoid penalties and fines. I believe in finding and resolving the mistakes immediately so to avoid any consequences. I do monthly closing of books of accounts to make proper budgets and analyzing the profitability status of organization. Also regular reconciliation of Receivables and Payables with proper follow-ups. Detailed working on any deductions made on Invoices by the parties with immediate resolution by raising Debit/Credit notes. Doing Bank Reconciliations. Preparing CMA Data and regular compliances with bank.
Experience
I have an experience of 15 Years (Including my internship) of accounting, finalizing books of accounts, preparing interim financial reports, preparing project reports for bank finances, preparing CMA report, doing audit, GST filing, TDS return filing.
