• Implemented Fusion Procurement along with Landed Cost Management and Budgetary Control for Refinery Spares Trading business as well as Processed Food Manufacturing business of a diversified business group based in Saudi.
• Designed and implemented an end-to-end solution involving demand planning, supply planning and procurement processes to drive procurement of long lead time items and seasonal products using annually planned quantities which are adjusted based on monthly rolling forecasts for a client in Processed Food Manufacturing business.
