I'm a recent graduate of BSc Psychology (Honours) from Christ University, Bangalore. I have a strong foundation in psychology and now I'm eager to venture into the world of Human Resource Management.

As a psychology student, I'm drawn to HRM because it bridges the gap between psychology and business, harnessing the potential of individuals within organizations.
I'm confident in my capacity to contribute effectively to organisations and the needs of the human resource. 

I am currently working as an HR Intern at Teach for India, working closely with the Director of Human Resources to support various team tasks. During this internship, I am gaining valuable exposure to different HRMS platforms, assisting in ongoing projects, delivering key results for the Director, and contributing to internship operations at Teach for India. I am enthusiastic about my HR learning journey and eager to continue expanding my knowledge and professional growth. While I may currently have limited expertise, I possess a curious mind and a strong aptitude for rapid learning.

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology (Honours) from Christ (Deemed to be) University, Bangalore. This educational background has equipped me with a deep understanding of human behaviour and cognition, fueling my keen interest in human resource management. As a psychology graduate, I aspire to bring a unique perspective to the table, which I believe can enhance efficiency across various facets within an HR department, including talent acquisition, culture and well-being, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), performance management, and more.
