I have accumulated a wealth of professional experience over the years, with a career spanning several roles and organizations. I've been actively contributing to the field since my career start in January 2006 at Laxmi Narayan Cashew Factory, Goa. I've continued to build my expertise through positions at various companies, including Mphasis (an HP Company), SunGard Software Solutions, and currently, TomTom India Pvt Ltd, where I've been since May 2014. This extensive career journey has provided me with a solid foundation of skills and knowledge, especially in the areas of Jira & Confluence administration, Terraform infrastructure automation, Azure cloud technologies, and more.

I'm deeply passionate about optimizing project management processes and enhancing team collaboration through the effective use of technology and tools. Specifically, I find immense satisfaction in my role as an administrator, where I can leverage my expertise in Jira & Confluence to create customized workflows that align with Agile development methodologies. This allows teams to manage projects efficiently and track progress seamlessly. Additionally, I'm enthusiastic about Terraform infrastructure automation, as it enables the provisioning and management of cloud resources, contributing to the scalability and reliability of modern applications. Jira & Confluence Administration: I possess extensive experience in the administration, configuration, and customization of Jira and Confluence. This includes creating and managing projects, boards, workflows, permissions, and integrating these tools with various others for seamless DevOps workflows.

Terraform Infrastructure Automation: My proficiency extends to Terraform, where I am well versed in creating and managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform scripts to provision and manage cloud resources efficiently.

Azure Cloud Technologies: While my primary focus is on Jira & Confluence administration and Terraform, I also have a decent understanding of Azure fundamentals, contributing to my ability to create seamless integrations and solutions.
