I'm Govindaraj R, who works as an inspection coordinator at SGS India's Coimbatore branch since 2013.  I have 10 years of experience in coordination, operations and inspection in a leading Testing, Inspection and Certification company.

• Serves as a liaison between SGS Certification Team, Exporters (Clients), Inspection Supervisor and Inspectors. 
• Addresses, understand and clarifies Client needs and questions, guides Client requests through the process flow, reviews scope of work, fee structure, timeline, terms and conditions etc and Certificate of Conformity (CoC) for accuracy
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by ensuring all requests are managed in an expedient and thorough manner
• Responsible for the overall performance of the inspections performed (KPI Maintenance)
• Maintaining track record of security materials and updates on monthly basis to the team Manager
• Attending & Meeting new clients when required
