  • Rajkumar holds a Bachelors of Electronics Engineering Degree from university of Pune.
  • He has successfully executed various types of projects like Transformation, Implementation, Support and Upgrade. He is well versed with project phases like requirement gathering, mapping / gap analysis and various development phases from design until acceptance. 
  • SAP SuccessFactors expertise includes Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Position Management, Foundation Object, MDF, Employee Profile, Workflow, Picklist Management, RBP, Time off, data models and Adhoc Reports in Employee Central.
  • SAP HCM Functional expertise includes Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, and Employee Self Service.
