I am an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor and Estimator with over 16 years of experience in MEP quantity take-off and estimation for construction projects. Since 2017, I have been working as a freelance Quantity Surveyor, supporting contractors and estimators in preparing accurate BOQs and material quantity take-offs from construction drawings.

I have worked on a wide range of international projects including airports, metro systems, stadiums, hospitals, petrol stations, infrastructure works, pipeline projects, and data centers across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, US, and UK. My expertise covers HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and electrical systems, with strong experience in infrastructure and data center MEP estimation.

I focus on delivering accurate quantity take-offs, clear BOQ documentation, and reliable estimation support to help contractors successfully prepare and submit project tenders.

Education

I hold a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and have completed a Certified Cost Professional (CCP) course, which provided a strong foundation in building services and construction cost management. My academic background, combined with 16 years of practical experience in MEP quantity take-off and estimation, has helped me develop strong expertise in HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and electrical systems for international construction projects.
