To pursue my Dream of writing a book on "Technical & Environmental Due Diligence for Real Estate Construction Permits in Pan-India", I resigned & got relieved from the organization, CENTRAL PARK DEVELOPERS  as Asst. Vice President - Liaisoning, on 2nd November 2021 and started my own ventures from Gurgaon and recently shifted to Bangalore with my family.

In pursuit of writing a book, expected in a few days, I'm about to finish my final manuscripts of Book and handover to my Publisher. 

During my work tenure in Adani Realty, Godrej Properties Ltd., Central Park Developers & others, etc. I had successfully managed multiple of large size projects ranging from 10 acres to 150 acres township project in Gurgaon (17 Residential Projects), Noida ( 5 Residential projects), Greater Noida ( 1 Township project), Delhi ( 1 Residential project) and Chandigarh ( 1 commercial projects). Apart from North India, I was also responsible for Special Projects in Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune etc. 

Since joining Godrej in Sep'2013, I had always been a top performer and got multiple awards & recognition from Mr. Adi Godrej, Mr. Pirosha Godrej and our MD & CEO. Each year was able to stand Top performer in entire India. I had always scored 3+ rating and 5* ratings (Highest rating) in consecutive years in 2014,2015 & 2017. In the year 2017, got promoted from DGM- Liaison to General Manager—Govt. Relation.
