➢  Reconciliation of Bank Accounts, debtors, creditors, etc.
➢ All correspondences & collection of out-standings.
➢ Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies.
➢  Preparing Weekly & Monthly sales and stock reports.
➢ Capable to handle all correspondence and documentation to import
Materials from overseas, including sourcing and negotiation.
➢ Maintain Petty Cash, Stock Register, Job Order, Delivery Note,
Invoice etc.
Arranging weekly meetings, answering telephone calls, booking air thickets, all book keeping works, etc.

➢ S.S.L.C ,Plus Two, Bcom 
Software Knowledge

➢ Operating System: Windows 98, 2000, XP, windows 7, Mac Vista, MS Office, etc.
➢ Application Software:        Accounting Packages Tally ERP 9 , SAP and similar Inventory software
