As a Cloud Team Manager at Sycomp, I lead a team of cloud engineers in delivering innovative solutions for clients. With over 5 years of experience as a Sr Cloud Infrastructure Engineer and Cloud Architect, I have a strong background in cloud design and implementation, migration, and security support. I hold certifications in ITIL V3 Foundation, CCNA, and A+ from CompTIA, demonstrating my proficiency in cloud technologies and IT service management.

I am passionate about leveraging data science and machine learning to optimize cloud cost and performance. I have completed an Executive PG Programme in Data Science from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore and a Master's degree in Data Science from Liverpool John Moores University. I also hold an MBA in Information Technology from Tamil Nadu Open University. My skills include machine learning, Pandas, and NumPy, which I use to analyze and improve cloud infrastructure and services. I am always eager to learn new technologies and apply them to real-world problems.

Currently leading the Cloud Team at Sycomp Technology, supporting AWS, Azure, and GCP clients with

technical issues, cost optimization, DR/backup, and security solutions. I manage invoice creation through

partnership tools (CloudCheckr/CloudHealth) and collaborate with the Accounts team. Additionally, I support

the Sales team with pre/post-sale technical calls.
