Hello, I currently work as an Asst. Professor of Spanish at a University. I am pursuing my PhD. in Spanish language and Latin American Studies. I have been teaching Spanish on various online platforms for more than four years. I passed the UGC/NET exam with JRF, which qualifies me to teach Spanish in universities across India. I am a friendly and helpful person. Learning a new language is fun and, yet, a challenging task at the same time. So, my approach to teaching would be student-friendly: introducing themes and topics the student finds interesting and relevant. My area of research includes Spanish Literature, Latin American Culture and Literature, Gender Studies, and Acquiring Spanish as a foreign language. I have a unique method of teaching Spanish by which my students acquire an understanding of the language fast, and they are delighted with the result of their learning. I have taught students from the USA, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and from India. Throughout my experience as a student and as a teacher, what I have learned so far, the foremost important thing while learning a foreign language is to know the culture and the tradition of the country where the language is being spoken. I have worked as Proofreader, interpreter and translator for various companies in Spanish to English and vice versa. Come and learn Spanish with me. You'll never regret it. I completed my Mphil in Spanish with a distinction. I finished my Master's in Spanish with an “A” grade. I did my Bachelors in the Spanish language with 1st division.
