(2) Backend Operations (Freelance - remote work) for online shopping cart Diagun Ventures, from 20th July 2020 TO 31st December 2020. Diagun is an online portal for safety products, Consumer goods, Bio products and Appliances. 

 

Responsibilities: - 

  • Confirm payment received though online payment gateway, reconciliation of payment received and order generated, 
  • Manage Customer Support team / dispatch team / Product uploading team/ Digital marketing team

Since October 2016 to April 30th 2019 As Manager with an Ecommerce - Online Shopping Company , Smartway India Enterprises L.L.P.

 

Responsibilities: - 

  • Overall online E commerce portal project management and reporting to C.E.O.
  • Started the online shopping work from the scratch – By coordinating with software development team for development and further modifications of software as and when required, ensure Server maintenance properly(web hosting server, Google play store, Apple store, email  Server, SMS gateway, payment Gateway, logistic management) for smooth running of online store front.
  • Manage the COMPANY'S ecommerce site, Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase the website traffic and online production.
  • Responsible for effectively driving and growing sales.
  • Business Development – Lead the sales team for finalising the vendors –go through the products- fix commission- sign vendor agreement -
  • Manage product uploading team, (upload products, update stock)
  • Manage the quality control department to ensure right products are uploaded.
  • Manage the accounts department – ensure payments received through online payment gateways are accepted in time and approve Refund/Cancellation. Handle Disputes if any. 
  • Payments:- Ensure all payments (vendor payments/logistic payments/hosting server/mail server) are happening on time.
  • Product returns: - Take care of product return, check reason, then interact with vendors. Assure ordered products are delivered on time with proper quality. 
  • Pending orders: - watch regularly and take action for delivery.
  • Manage customer service department and ensure customer satisfaction. Hear recorded incoming/outgoing phone calls randomly and guide the executives.
  • Increase sale/Brand promotion:- Manage Promotion team ensure for proper Facebook (promoting through business account) , whatsApp , SMS promotions. Schedule daily deals, combo offers, special offers, festival offers lightening deals etc…. 
  • Coordinating digital marketing executives with regards to search and display/banner campaigns and affiliate marketing efforts to drive online sales
  • Grab season Opportunities :- Develop promotion and product innovation calendar aligning brand campaigns, new product launches, retail events and promotional initiatives depends season.
  • Day to day work scheduling (stock management-New product uploading-orders received -online payment system payments received –cancellations if any- order processing-dispatch-delivery-customer satisfaction-seller payments-adding new sellers-sales monitoring).
  • Oversee the tracking and analysis of e-Commerce sales.

 

 

 

(3) Illustris web hosting solutions LLP, Bangalore. From March 2006 to October 2016  as Designated Partner. Illustris was engaged in web hosting, domain name registration and email hosting (Google partner).

 

Responsibilities:- 

  • Marketing, quoting, finalising the order and interaction with new prospects for finalising the deal.
  • Statutory compliance: Cooperating with C.A. and Company secretary to file Roc/Income tax details in time, Looking after day to day activities
