Work Experience: In my most recent role at Red Hat India Pvt. Ltd., I served as a Procurement Specialist, handling diverse responsibilities across IT and non-IT procurement, project deliverables, and global regions (APAC, EMEA, and NA). My role encompassed the entire procurement lifecycle, from requisition to purchase order creation, vendor onboarding, delivery tracking, and quality inspection. I have also worked on supplier performance measurement, risk mitigation, and internal audits.

Prior to this, I was a Business Associate in Procurement at Tata Consultancy Services Ltd., where I efficiently managed a variety of purchase requests, coordinated approval processes, and ensured timely payments through effective order-to-pay management.

Earlier in my career, I served as an Associate Engineer at Tata Teleservices Ltd., where I gained valuable experience in SAP Ariba, order process requests, and vendor management.

Responsibilities:                                                                                                                                                                  

• Handled IT/Non-IT/capital Ex/Ops Ex/Project deliverables for APAC, EMEA, and NA regions. 
• Well-versed with procurement processes – requisition requests through service now tickets, purchase order creation/Modification/cancel, vendor onboarding registration/modification, GL code, approval matrix, ensuring timely PO release, accurate & reliable outcomes. (as per agreed SLAs).
• Follow-up for Order confirmation, on-time delivery of goods/services, delivery tracking, quality inspection reports, and communication for goods returns (defective goods etc.)
• Maintain good communication, collaboration, and coordination with functional departments and vendors.
• Provide inputs to measure supplier performance, and risk mitigation of vendors in terms of price, quality, delivery adherence, accurate documentation, problem responses, communication, and service support.
• Responsible for internal audits and threshold invoice verifications (PO, POD - proof of delivery) process. Timely processing of all monthly bills, renewals, and non-PO invoice processes. Troubleshoot AP invoice holds and supplier payment issues. Identify and Implement opportunities to leverage best practices.
• Good knowledge of supplier sourcing, RFP/RFQ evaluation, contract negotiation, & performance review.
• Getting data from the database by using Oracle SQL queries as per the requester's requests.
• Powe BI and Excel are used for reports on vendor performance, project-wise spending, budget vs actuals, on-time in full delivery (OTIF), reconciliation, Invoice payments, un-invoiced POs, PO/Invoice hold reports, NRC & MRC reports, and service renewal reports. Identifying process defects to improve TAT, enhance SLAs on PO/Invoice payments, and keep all stages inventories and records.
• Powe BI – data modeling, power queries, DAX, RLS, ETL, data visualization, SSAS, and SSRS.
