  • Working in 24/7 environment and support for the global Agility.

 

  • Managing the DC-to-DC networks and the global MPLS links and WAN related issues managing and the internet links and VPN Tunnels.

 

  • Involving in global and DC and local sites maintenance and business continuity testing.

 

  • Change coordination, review and implementation of changes related to firewall and load balancers, internal and external DNS, CDN platforms and network deployments in public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP etc.)

 

  • Configuring and troubleshooting upgradations of Palo Alto firewall Implementing and supporting large.

 

  • Configuring and troubleshooting issues and upgradations of related to FortiGate devices 

 

  • Managing Site FortiGate’s through Forti Manager and use Forti Analyzer for log Analysis

 

  • Troubleshooting authentication issues and connectivity issues between FortiGate Authenticator.

 

  • Managing the riverbed devices for bandwidth optimization.

 

  • Having good knowledge of L7 protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, DNS, SMTP and POP3

 

  • Configuring and troubleshooting Citrix NetScaler and F5 Load Balancer.

 

  • Configuring, managing and troubleshooting cisco wireless AP’and WLC issues 

 

  • Creating IPT Accounts and generating call reports on Cisco Unified Call manager.

 

  • Managing ISE for Radius and TACACS Authentication. Troubleshooting wireless/TACACS Authentication issues.

 

  • Creation and modification of IPS, SIEM and firewall rules as per security use cases.

 

  • Configuring and troubleshooting of static, BGP, OSPF, QOS Routing protocols.

 

  • Configuring and troubleshooting of L2 issues (VLAN, Spanning tree, trunk, VTP, port channel)

 

  • Configuring and troubleshooting High Availability (HSRP, VRRP & GLBP).

 

  • Certificate life cycle management and generating certificates for network devices installing and configuring

 

  • Installing and configuring application and services related certificate on network devices 

 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 

Education

  • Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Sikkim Maniple University in 2011
  • B.Sc. Computers Science from Andhra University in 2007.
  • Diploma in Hardware and Networking from Small Industries Service Institute.
