My objective is to explore career opportunities in drug designing and development. My longer-term goal is to obtain a research career in the health or clinical science.

 Development of a pipeline for drug designing
 Identification of druggable target using subtractive and comparative genomics approach which majorly includes essentiality analysis, virulence analysis, network analysis, host-pathogen interaction analysis, druggability of target.
 Designing of genome scale metabolic model of pathogen for in silico gene knockout and metabolomic analysis.
 Design of potential drug or small molecule inhibitor against the proposed druggable targets via active site prediction, docking (schrodinger), molecular dynamic simulation, energy profile analysis, principle component analysis (PCA).
 In vitro validation of proposed drug through cell culture experiments such as growth analysis (growth curve, disc difussion) and virulence analysis (hydrolytice enzyme assay, biofilm formation assay, adhesion assay)
