              I am having  11+ years of experience in different multisectoral and social projects in several State, such as - Education Project, Skill and Livelihood Project, Women & Child Projects, Health, Infrastructure, Youth and Capacity Development Project, in various States funded by Government of Odisha, Government of Bihar, Government of Gujarat, and Government of Jharkhand. 
He is completely familiar with the procedure and requirements of Projects of similar magnitude and nature, ensuring all implementation works, planning, monitoring & evaluation activities, and operation methods to be in accordance with contractual clauses, State Govt. acts adhering to various norms.I have extensive knowledge of the MIS, Dashboard Operation handling specifications with framing of robust KPIs.

Ravi has more than 4 years of work experience in multisectoral projects like Digitization of School Examination Board Project and Modernization of Examination system with Bihar School Examination Board, Patna under Government of Bihar, where he directly reported to the Chairman of Board, He has a spectacular experience in Client handling and Liaoning with various line departments of the state for proper execution of the projects. He has experience to provide services as State Mission Manager with Chief Minister Office, Bihar for multisectoral flagship programs for the Government of Bihar.
