I'm currently managing a team of 14 (backend + frontend) developers for product development. I have extensive experience in handling a team and guiding them to reach the end goals. I personally beliving the harmony of the team is the backbone of the project we are building, so I always communicate with my team for addressing their challenges in both technical and non-technical things.  I have experience in building highly scalable and highly available applications in my past experience and believe I can make use of that in my future endeavors.
