About Me I am an Intrapreneur turned entrepreneur with 15 years of experience in Business and Digital transformation. My work impacts the following aspects of the client’s business: 1. Revenue generation, 2. Strategy design, 3. Execution and Business management – Sales, Operation, HR Departments. 4. Business Process rationalization, designing and restructuring - Consulting 5. Digital Transformation – ERP Implementation Success Consultant Expert. 

While leading and driving sales teams and operations across both domestic and international markets, I played an active role of an internal innovator while driving revenue goals within a start-up, and later other older medium and large multinational organizations during their growth phase. The experience of diverse environments gave me an understanding of their unique business challenges, underlying patterns and principles and therefore, helped me create unconventional solutions and strategies, to achieve desired results. 

As an Entrepreneur I have played role Director & Founder, Synergeia Business Consulting, which provides IT enabled, Consulting & People services, for finance, IT and human capital functionalities. My previous corporate experiences helped me discover my passion for coaching and I engaged with various start-ups as a Revenue & Process Coach during their bootstrapping and/or growth phase. I focus on enabling leaders, discover processes that will help them effectively design and execute strategies to reach their revenue goals. Some of these start-ups include, software manufacturers and IT enabled service providers in the Food-tech, Health-tech, Retail-Tech (USA) EdTech and others new technology verticals. As a business networker, I also facilitate client organizations build alliances with other business partner organizations, communities or specialists to help them achieve their strategic business goals. 

I Joined Mumbai Angels as Associate Director for Investments. My job was to build relations with the investors within the member investors and understand through investment styles, scout & screen desirable startups and growth organizations looking for funds, helped the founders build their pitch, gain clarity in terms of their business model and positioning, help them get ready for investor meets, guide the team to make investment thesis and monitor the circulation of the report within the investor group. Run Knowledge sessions for both founders and investors. 

I have resigned from Position of VP & CSO at KoreCent Solutions where I lead the revenue Department for Market regions such as USA, Canada, UK, Europe Australia Only. The Market focus is for Digital transformation services and SAP Staffing Services. 

At the Moment I am searching for business and digital transformation projects where I combine Business Model Innovations Operating Model Transformation and Strategies for Automating Processes. I Help CEOs and CTO of businesses to help them in 1. IT and business organizational effectiveness, 2. Strategy-to-action planning, 3. Business/IT integration. 4. I have developed a robust 11 Steps Framework for digital transformation & ERP implementation, that guarantees 100% success I have developed a ERP Success Framework to ensure we do the ground work before implementing an ERP and in some cases I also build a Recovery strategy to allow a failing ERP implementation become Successful .

Experience

Key Achievements Summary: ✓ Delivered and led the regional business Centre to revive, sustain and bring profitability and gained a promotion to head the team within 6 months of inception. ✓ Recreated product positioning and go to market strategies with a reduced sales cycle, by implementing a sequential approach to acquire new customers and increase sales in existing accounts. ✓ Co-created & led growth in the Asia Pacific region, by introducing and building strategic partner networks as addition to the existing direct sales team to de-risk and expand the existing business. This included reconstructing processes and contract terms to builds the strategic alliances and to maintain focus toward revenue generation. ✓ Implemented new pricing strategies to increase profit within the assigned region. ✓ Delivered and achieved sales targets held in various organizations. Types of revenue target held during the span of my career with employers include numbers such as min of 10Crs/yr to 185Crs/yr(regional)

Commerce Graduate from Pune University and Hold a Masters Degree in Management from Balaji Society Pune. Dual Specialization in as Marketing & HRM with basic subjects of IT. Received specialized, Trained in patented coaching methodology by internationally certified coaches to help understand , develop and implement sequential strategies based on systems thinking approach in management. PGDM BIMHRD, Sri Balaji Society Pune(Sister concern of BIMM) BCOM Pune University  HSC Pune University  ICSE St Helena’s’ High School.
